The Holiday Season is upon us. I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. Now the Yule Tide is coming up.

The Moose Legion Quarterly was held in Anchorage. The turn out was great. Dick Buzby received the Legionnaire award for the Palmer Moose Legion. Congratulations Richard!

Our monthly meetings have shown a lot of interest in what ideas we Legionnaires have concerning the décor around the Lodge. The Moose Legion is raising money for new carpet in the Social Quarters. We need help and ideas.

Also we need new members in the Moose Legion. If you see someone in a red vest ask them about joining.

Finally, some of our new members of the Moose Fraternity will be leaving us. They are Service men and women being deployed to the Middle East. Some for the 3rd 4th even the 5th time. We wish them well and a safe journey home
